 多措并举出真招，卫生整治见实效

学工处不断改进工作方法，提高各宿舍楼管员、保洁员工作积极性，从本学期10月份开始，学工处与各楼10名楼管与7名保洁员每月鉴定工作要求协议，协议中除要求楼管及保洁员做好日常常规工作外，每天早中晚还要对每间宿舍卫生、财产进行检查登记，对卫生脏乱差宿舍进行督促打扫。通过一个月的卫生大整顿，5栋宿舍楼卫生有较大的改变

为了巩固成果，21日学工处副处长索南措及主要负责宿舍管理人员宫小海老师召开了11月份楼管工作会议，索南措副处长对前期宿舍楼工作做了肯定，并带领各楼楼管员及保洁员对3、4号楼宿舍卫生进行观摩，并对其他楼管提出要求。

当然宿舍卫生不仅仅是楼管和保洁员的责任，还需要多方的参与管理，尤其还需要各系辅导员、班主任老师的多深入督促，共同为学生营造良好舒适的生活环境。
